Good for one night

Comfortable enough for one night - wouldn’t stay longer. Reception staff were excellent, and great parking.

Location is not great, and some fittings and walls could do with a facelift - a little bit shabby.

It's great for couple to have a relax day!

Internal pool was fine and warm. Breakfast is good!

You can use the internal pool only one hour per day. Even if it's empty and nobody is waiting for it. This is so sad. They should be more flexible :( The breakfast was good but they need more varieties. Specially with sweets.

An absolute gem for passing thru Madrid in the summer heat

The outdoor pool area is outstanding and the main selling point. Comfortable room with patio access to pool. Nothing compares for the price. Nice bars restaurants in easy walking distance

Nice hotel with a resort vibe

Great hotel with a resort vibe to stay when visiting or passing through Madrid. The check in process was quite fidgety and took longer than usual, so did check out. The pool was nice and big.

Breakfast was very basic, could be better. There was no service for the bar at the pool.

Nice hotel, I recomend it.

Cleaning ladies. Always our room was perfectly cleaned. The lemon water with ice at the reception was refreshing in the hot weather.

Weak cuisine. Pizza and Guacamole was not so good.

Wonderful

Excellent pool, good spacious room. Within walking distance of train station (but need to cross bridge over highways so make sure you know where you are going)

Wifi is thru external supplier, which requires registration + personal details. Plus I had quite some trouble getting it to work.

Wonderful

The hotel is a very clean, well kept hotel, located close to the new Oasis Shopping Centre. The swimming pool is lovely in summer, and staff are polite and friendly.

The restaurant and bar could improve their timetable and serve food and drinks later.

Very Good

It was comfortable& we enjoyed having a bath + fridge& the pool was very nice. Ideal if you have a car

The pool opened late at 12 & shut early at 8 pm even though it was very hot & still light. Food wasnt cooked very well but they did recook our burger
